Terms and conditions

General conditions

The client is asked to read and confirm the acceptance of the Contract rental. It must meet all conditions set forth below. The owner reserves the right to refuse to rent a car without explanation.

The clients`s age

Customer and designated leaders, mentioned in this contract must have a minimum of 21 years and be holders of a valid driving licence, an older than 1 year.

Payment

Prices are stable in Euro and include VAT and insurance to third parties. Cash payment is made in advance in U.S. dollars, Euro, or Lei, the rate on the day of payment. At delivery, require a guarantee of 300 Euro. The guarantee will be used for penalty in cases of destruction found inside or outside the car, theft of car parts, loss of the documents car or car keys, etc., depending on the amount of damage. This amount will be returned to the recovery of the car in good running condition and equipment, all documents, accessories and equipment endowment. Carburant and oil fuel is not included in the price and are in the task of the client. The car is delivered with full tank and will be returned in the same condition. The return of the car, for lack of fuel, indicated on board, is calculated penalties of 1 Euro / litre. Oil and vehicle maintenance are the owner`s task. The refund of the car is done in the place, date and time indicated by the client and mentioned in the rental contract, without additional costs range Sibiu. The delivery and refund can be made at other locations in the country, with the consent of the owner and on the basis of an agreed price.The car will be handed over to the customer in good general conditions, without visible or hidden defects, any information on the conditions of presentation of the car being made in the contract. The customer will return the car with its accessories and equipment at the place, date and time specified in the rental contract. In case of delays announced, up to an hour, the company will not charge additional fees. The delays announced, less than three hours before the time specified in the rental contract, are charged an additional fee for a half day rental, and the delays of over three hours are charged an additional fee for a day Rental. Upon expiry of this period of lease, the contract becomes invalid, unless otherwise agreed and the owner reserves the right to declare the car as stolen at the police.

Using the car

The customer is committed to drive the car hire respecting the legal stipulations on the traffic on public roads and other rules such as: - will not overcharge the car and it will not use to transport goods - will not use in car racing, tests or to push a trailer or other vehicles or trailers - will not carry out repairs on the car on other places than at auto garages and authorized only with the agreement and in accordance with instructions from the owner, being reimbursed on the basis of presenting the invoice issued in the name of the owner, accompanied by the estimate of repairs - Will not leave the car open (doors, windows, luggage compartment) or contact the keys - will use the vehicle in accordance with instructions for use of the vehicle issued by the manufacturer - will not operate on roads Casualties, bad and / or unopened road traffic - the car will operate only on roads marked on the map - Will permanently check the board for signs and will immediately stop the vehicle and will notify the owner of the car in case of occurrence of damages or abnormalities in the functioning of the vehicle. Not doing so may trigger the costumer to pay the remedy of the breakdowns occurred - Will not exceed the legal speed on public roads. Violating these rules can attract the retaining of the guarantee payment so that repairs can be done to the vehicle.

Insurance

The vehicle is insured for damages caused to third parties only for the period specified in the lease rental contract. The owner does not assume any responsibility for items left in the car, during the lease. In case of accident is required to declare the Police which will determine damages and will make note of the damages and will give the permit fot all the repairing needed. These documents are needed for the functioning of insurance and vehicle repair. Statement to Police is mandatory in all cases: if you are guilty, if you are a victim, if you are alone involved, if no responsible party is identified ( damages in the parking lot in your absence). Without these documents the customer is responsible for the costs of repairs.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute that arises in the conduct of this contract will be subject to instances of competent jurisdiction in Sibiu.
